HEE plans Long-Term Strategic Framework for Health and Social Care Workforce

Health Education England (HEE) has begun planning the Long-Term Strategic Framework for the health and social care workforce, as it was commissioned to do so in July 2021. The new framework will review, renew and update HEE’s Framework 15, published in 2014, to help ensure the right numbers, skills, values and behaviours are available to deliver clinical services and high standards of patient care. It will also include regulated professionals working in social care, like nurses and occupational therapists.
