The European Commission is seeking feedback on a draft Delegated Regulation supplementing the Markets in Financial Instruments Regulation (EU) 600/2014 (EU MiFIR) by specifying fees, rules of procedure for measures and criteria for derogation relating to the supervision by the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) of data reporting service providers (DRSPs). The supervision of DRSPs will be transferred from national competent authorities to ESMA from January 2022. Views on the draft delegated act are sought by 27 August 2021.
