The Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs (ECON) of the European Parliament has published a draft report on the proposal for a directive amending the Bank Recovery and Resolution Directive (Directive 2014/59/EU) (BRRD) and the Single Resolution Mechanism Regulation (Regulation (EU) 806/2014) (SRM Regulation). The amendments relate predominantly to the recitals to the proposed directive.
