DR analysis: As the rules on standard disclosure are explicitly stated not to apply in the IPEC, nor does the requirement to serve a disclosure report pursuant to CPR 31.5(3). This is in spite of the fact that, other than those claims allocated to the small claims track, claims in the IPEC are to be regarded as multi-track claims, which in other courts would ordinarily be subject to the obligation to provide a disclosure report.
