IP analysis: The High Court has dismissed an appeal against the decision of a Hearing Officer to revoke three trade marks. The right holder’s appeal did not seek to challenge the decision of the Hearing Officer but, rather, sought to introduce additional evidence which, in the event, the court declined to admit. The court also dismissed the cross-appeal brought by Consolidated Developments Ltd (CDL).
