IP & IT analysis: The Intellectual Property (Unjustified Threats) Bill was considered at Report Stage and Third Reading in the House of Commons on Tuesday 21 March 2017 and will now be returned to the House of Lords without amendment. The purpose of the Bill is to usher in a clearer law of unjustified threats and ensure there is consistency between the regimes applied to trade marks, patents and designs. The Bill is now ready for Royal Assent.
