AAA joins with MC3 on mediator certification and education initiative

The American Arbitration Association (AAA) has announced that its AAA Mediation.org division has entered a collaboration agreement with MC3 to strengthen training and education. AAA Mediation.org provides a database of qualified mediators. Practicing mediators can also access practice tips as well as education and training opportunities. MC3 offers training and continuing education requirements for mediators to obtain and retain their MC3 certification. The collaboration between the two will allow for MC3-Certified Mediators to access a variety of opportunities and training programmes as well as discounts and other benefits on behalf of AAA Mediation.org.
