108 Terms as to title and quiet possession

108.1 Express terms

Where a cultural object is bailed pursuant to a contract, the bailee may stipulate for undertakings from the bailor as to his security of possession of the object1. According to circumstance, he may extract an undertaking from the bailor that the bailor has the right to bail the object for the period of the bailment, and that he (the bailee) will have quiet enjoyment of the object for the period of the bailment.
