121.3 Borrowing objects from other institutions

The boards of trustees of the National Gallery, the National Portrait Gallery and the Tate Gallery have the power to accept the loan of relevant objects1 for the purpose (depending on the terms of the loan) of2:

  1. 121.3.1

        exhibition; or

  2. 121.3.2

        study or research by the board or by persons seeking to inspect the objects.
