121.2 Loans of objects subject to a trust or conditions

Where an object has become vested in the board of trustees of the National Gallery, the National Portrait Gallery or the Tate Gallery and is subject to a trust or condition, the board of any of those museums may exercise its power regarding the loan of the object (under the Museums and Galleries Act 1992 Section 5(1)) in a manner inconsistent with the trust or condition in the following circumstances:
