194 Multiple applications

More than one application may be received by the tribunal within the relevant period of three months. In that case the following rules apply:

  1. 194.1

        If one of the applicants is a person ‘validly designated by the deceased in his will as the person he wished to succeed him as tenant of the holding’1, the tribunal, if satisfied as to the applicant’s eligibility, must determine whether that person is suitable2, and may consider any other applicant only if the person designated in the will3 is not suitable to become the tenant of the holding.
