205 Suitability of nominated successor

If the tribunal1 is satisfied that the nominated successor was an eligible person at the date of the giving of the retirement notice, and that he has not subsequently ceased to be such a person, it must be determined whether, in the opinion of the tribunal, the applicant is a suitable person to become the tenant of the holding2.
