Definitions and interpretation
In this Agreement:
means, in relation to a party, any other entity which directly or indirectly Controls, is Controlled by, or is under direct or indirect common Control with that party from time to time;
means the main body of this Agreement together with its schedules and the annexes to each schedule[, as each may be amended from time to time in accordance with their terms];
means each person appointed by each of the Customer and the Supplier as their respective authorised contacts, whose details are set out in Schedule 11, or as otherwise notified to the other party in writing;
means the Bribery Act
