Welsh Government reports 9.4% rise in local government funding for 2022-2023

The Welsh Government has published its provisional local government settlement for 2022 to 2023 which shows that core revenue funding for local government will increase by 9.4% on a like-for-like basis, compared to the current year. The Welsh Government has also launched a consultation on the provisional settlement, which will end on 8 February 2022.
