The Welsh Government has published a written statement by the Minister for Health and Social Services, Eluned Morgan MS on the changes to the international travel rules. The statement covers the update to international travel rules to and from Wales that removes 47 countries off the red list including Brazil, Mexico and South Africa and recognition of full vaccinations from 38 more countries such as Jamaica, Pakistan and Turkey. The changes come into effect from 11 October 2021 at 4am.
