The Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service (SCTS) has announced that it has increased the maximum file size for documents submitted by Civil Online users to 50mb. SCTS states that Civil Online can be used to submit documents for any type of Ordinary Procedure action as well as any Ordinary Cause document other than Initial Writs and Notices of Intention to Defend. Users can submit up to five documents at a time.
