The Registers of Scotland has announced that there will be a change to some of its statutory fees, effective from 5 October 2020. The fees charged for parts 1–4 of the Registers of Scotland (Fees) Order 2014 will increase by £10, while parts 5–7 will remain unchanged. This is the first change to statutory fees since 2011, and this fee increase will hopefully be superseded by a full fee review in due course.
