Ofcom has published a review on the progress major telecom providers have made against Fairness for Customers commitments. In 2019, the UK’s largest broadband, phone and pay-TV providers committed to putting fairness at its core. According to Ofcom, more needs to be done and further action needs to be taken in all areas, especially customer service. The regulator has published its annual Comparing Customer Service report, which looks at how major providers performed in 2020 and ranks them based on their satisfaction scores from customers.
