FinDatEx (Financial Data Exchange Templates) has published a European Comfort PRIIPs template—CEPT history V2.0. The use of this template is based on a bilateral (‘comfort’) agreements between providers of underlying options for Packaged Retail and Insurance-based Investment Products (PRIIPs) and insurers. It is free to use, free of intellectual property rights and copyright. It has been designed by the FinDatEx which includes European asset managers, banks, insurers, and distributors. CEPT 2.0 reflects modified data that is based on the PRIIPs Regulation (EU) No 1286/2014 and revised PRIIPs Delegated Regulation (regulatory technical standards, RTS).
