New performance scorecards to enable customers to compare phone and broadband firms and to determine which offer the best service and value for money have been published by Ofcom. They form part of the new initiative from the UK Regulators Network (UKRN), in which telecoms, water, energy and banking regulators have partnered to compare customer ratings of services. The scorecards show that overall customers are satisfied with the services provided. Ofcom’s annual Price Trends report has also been published.
