The government has been pushing for the introduction of Collective Money Purchase arrangements as the favoured way forward for Occupation Pension Scheme design. With that in mind, and the passing of the Pension Schemes Act 2021 (PSA 2021) setting the stage for the introduction of such arrangements, the latest consultation on draft regulations under that Act has just been issued. The consultation closes on 31 August 2021.
