The Department for Food, Environment & Rural Affairs (Defra) delayed the publication of its response to the consultation on reducing ammonia emissions from urea fertilisers. A total of 405 responses were submitted to the consultation and Defra has said that it wants to review policy options in light of these responses before making a formal response. Defra now intends to publish its response in summer 2021.
