The Courts and Tribunals Judiciary, Mr Justice Fordham and Mrs Justice Steyn have announced that the default position is that hearings will be in person in the Administrative Court in Wales and on the Midland, Northern, North–Eastern and Western Circuits from 26 April 2022, and those wishing to apply for a different mode of hearing must file and serve an application notice using form N244. The courts will retain the ability to list a hearing to be heard remotely in accordance with the overriding objective.
