The Children's Commissioner, Rachel de Souzam, has set out its next steps that need to be taken to ensure all children are supported and cared for, following the death of Arthur Labinjo-Hughes. She has used responses to The Big Ask survey to inform it's understanding of what being a vulnerable child means and how it can provide efficient support. Souzam has said that before considering the quality and structures within the social care services and family courts, the 'starting point to address this horrible situation needs to be an honest reflection of where we are now'.
