Dispute Resolution analysis: Following the success of the pilot scheme, all trials in the Chancery Division in London (including trials before Registrars and Masters) will, in future, be conducted on a fixed-end basis. This means each trial will, except in exceptional circumstances, be required to be completed within the period allocated to it.
