Catalyst, a charitable initiative incubated by the Centre for Acceleration of Social Technology, which aims to increase the resilience and responsiveness of UK civil society, through digital, design and data, has proposed forming a data collective to understand society’s needs during the coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis.
