The Association of Directors of Adult Social Services (ADASS) has published their response to the Integration White Paper. ADASS welcomed its vision and principles for future care and support and local decision-making scope but state that the plans and timescales should be realistic and that all reforms should exist under one plan. According to ADASS, investment in home and community, social care and mental health services is needed to ensure wellbeing and wellness are supported preventatively.
