(1)     Section 177 (community orders) is amended as follows.

(2)     In subsection (1), omit paragraphs (b) and (k).

(3)     In subsection (2), omit paragraph (b).

(4)     In subsection (4)—

(a)     after “unpaid work requirement,” insert “a rehabilitation activity requirement,”;

(b)     omit “an activity requirement,” and “, a supervision requirement”.
