Cremation is defined at regulation 2(1) of the Cremation (England and Wales) Regulations 2008, SI 2008/2841 (SI 2008/2841, reg 2(1)) as ‘the burning of human remains’.

Crematorium is defined in the Cremation Act 1902 (CA 1902) as ‘any building fitting with appliances for the purposes of burning human remains’.

He was a Judicial Assistant to the Court of Appeal. He is the Vice-Chair of a local housing association (Greenwich Housing Society.) He lives in Dulwich with his two children and two labradors.
