During the administration of an estate, where the Will provides for a life interest in the residue, when does the administration period end and when does the trust period begin?

The trust period should be defined in the Will and, in the case of a Will trust, will start from the date of death. For Wills executed after 6 April 2010, the trust period will normally be 125 years from the date of death.
