Expert evidence may not be adduced without the leave of the judge advocate1 unless the party proposing to rely on it has served on every other party and the court administration officer2, not less than 14 days before the date appointed for the commencement of the proceedings, a statement of the substance of the expert evidence3. Where more than one party wishes to introduce expert evidence, the judge advocate or court may direct the experts to discuss the expert issues in the proceedings, and prepare a statement for the court of the matters on which they agree and disagree,
