467.     Conduct to the prejudice of good order and service discipline.

A person subject to service law1 commits an offence if he does an act2 that is prejudicial to good order and service discipline3. A person guilty of such an offence4 is liable to any punishment authorised by the statute, but any sentence of imprisonment imposed in respect of the offence must not exceed two years5.
