310 Protection for successor

The Rent (Agriculture) Act 19761 provides some limited protection for a surviving spouse or civil partner or other member of the family of a qualifying worker2 who was a protected occupier in his or her own right3 before the qualifying worker’s death. This protection is unaffected by the enactment of the Housing Act 19884.
