314 Becoming a statutory tenant

Where a person ceases to be a protected occupier1 and, in certain circumstances, where a person ceases to be a statutory tenant by succession2, on the termination of a licence or tenancy, he will, if and so long as he occupies the dwellinghouse as his residence, be the statutory tenant of it3.
