The Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) has announced that the Minor Works Building Contract family 2024 Edition will be released on 15 May 2024. The release will include the Minor Works Building Contract 2024, the Minor Works Contract with contractor's design, the Minor Works Sub-Contract with sub-contractor's design, a Tracked Change Document, the Short Form of Sub-Contract and the Sub-subcontract 2024. JCT will also release updates to the Model Administration Forms, including MW and MWD 2024 Admin – Contract Administration Model Forms (digital only).

The Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) has announced the release of the Complete Edition of its 2024 contract suite, now available for purchase through their online store. The collection consists of two Box Sets, comprising six volumes in total. Box Set 1, which includes key contracts such as the Standard Building Contract and Design and Build Contract family, is available for immediate dispatch with next working day delivery for UK orders. Box Set 2, which contains contracts like the Construction Management Contract and Target Cost Contract family, is available for pre-order and will be automatically delivered once the remaining contracts in the JCT 2024 Edition are published, expected by Summer 2025. The Complete Edition is sold as a complete set, with individual Box Sets not available separately.

The Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) has announced that the Target Cost Contract 2024—a new addition to its contract suite—will be released on 25 June 2025. The release will also include several supporting documents: the Target Cost Sub-Contract Agreement 2024, Target Cost Sub-Contract Conditions 2024, Target Cost Contract Guide 2024, Target Cost Sub-Contract Guide 2024 and the Tendering Practice Note 2024. These documents incorporate changes resulting from the implementation of the Procurement Act 2023 (PA 2023), which came into force on 24 February 2025.

The Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) has announced the withdrawal of its 2016 Edition contracts, to take on 31 March 2026. After this date, the 2016 Edition will no longer be available for purchase in either hardcopy or digital format. While JCT Construct digital service subscribers will lose access to 2016 Edition templates, they will retain the ability to duplicate existing boilerplates and drafts based on these templates. The 2024 Edition will become the sole current version available for new contracts.
