Scottish Court of Session launches live hearings

The Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service (SCTS) has announced that the Court of Session will be launching a live streaming service to allow members of the public to view ongoing cases remotely. This will make the Court of Session the first court in Scotland to offer the service. The SCTS has confirmed that it will be updating the website with details for the public on upcoming cases and a live link. The service is available from 27 June 2023.
