Ofsted has published the outcome of its October 2020 consultation on proposed changes to inspections of the Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service (Cafcass), which was previously delayed due to the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19). According to Ofsted it received over 300 responses to its consultation, with the majority broadly agreeing with proposals. The effectiveness of the new approach will be reviewed during the early stages of rollout.
