Office for Students (OfS) has reported on a study where an international perspective of an inclusive mindset for adult learners, the study is explored by Professor Liz Johnson who shares her experience in supporting return-to-study learners. The common themes of the study is that return-to-study learners require flexibility and value, which are important for their day to day life and supporting the theory of giving up their income in order to study. According to OfS, it has also been found that a multi-faceted approach is best suited where diversity of learners is understood and helps to tackle specific pain points too. Following this OfS said that a Cloud Campus team has been designed to develop supportive relationships with operational teams and students to support during projects and learning curves.
