Ofgem has published a decision letter on its consultation on proposed changes to the Network Output Measures (NOMs) Incentive Methodology to the Transmission and Gas Distribution licensees. Following the responses received, Ofgem has decided to make the proposed changes to the RIIO-1 NOMs Incentive Methodology, alongside additional changes to the consulted version. Further modifications to the consulted version of RIIO-1 NOMs Closeout Data Template and RIIO-1 NOMs Closeout Instructions and Guidance will also be made.
