Following a consultation on the System Operator: Transmission Owner (SO:TO) Optimisation Governance Document, as part of the wider implementation of the RIIO-2 price control, Ofgem has published this Direction to give effect to its decision to obligate licensees under section 6(1)(b) of the Electricity Act 1989 to prepare a report in accordance with Part B.
