Ofgem has launched a call for evidence over the Electricity System Operator (ESO) performance for the 2019–20 regulatory period. In light of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Ofgem are happy to receive feedback by more informal routes, such as email and phone, but also welcome written feedback. Ofgem would like to receive feedback by 14 May 2020 but are willing to be flexible given the coronavirus-related strain on resources.
