The Insolvency Service has published a summary of the responses it had to its consultation on extending debt solutions, along with the response from the government. As a result of the consultation, the Insolvency Services intends to change the eligibility criteria for Debt Relief Orders (DROs) so that more people are able to access them. The changes will come into effect on 29 June 2021.
