The Home Office has announced that a further £5m has been allocated to better support young victims of county line exploitation in escaping from drug gangs over the next three years. According to the Home Office, one-to-one specialist support will be provided to under 25s by the non-profit organisation Catch22, which will include helping those referred to break out of county lines operations, and will offer mental health services and counselling. The support will be offered across London, the West Midlands, Merseyside and Greater Manchester.
