The European Commission has opened a feedback period in relation to a draft delegation directive, which requires that Member States submit information on CO2 emissions and the fuel consumption of heavy-duty vehicles (HDVs). This is expected to allow the Commission to monitor progress towards the EU’s CO2 reduction targets.
