The Office for Qualification and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual) has opened a consultation looking for views on proposed changes to its guidance on malpractice and maladministration for awarding organisations. The new guidance is designed to provide clarity and inform organisations on what to do when instances of malpractice and maladministration occur in compliance with Ofqual’s Conditions of Recognition. Ofqual will be holding a consultation event as part of its annual conference on 19 March 2020, where attendees are able to inquire more into the proposed changes.
