The European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) has published a study on dynamic blocking injunctions in the EU. The study provides an overview of static and dynamic blocking injunctions, and shows a ‘complex web’ of a variety of approaches in EU member states that ‘is sometimes hard to untangle’. It is hoped that the key findings provided by the study could act as a reference for the further development of policies and practices in the area of injunctions.
