Pensions analysis: The Pensions Regulator (TPR) has issued for consultation a series of ‘how to’ guides to help trustees to implement its defined contribution (DC) code of practice. The guides have been designed to support the new, shorter DC code, and to explain to trustees how they can demonstrate compliance with the law.
