The House of Commons Committee on Standards has published a report on the conduct of Marcus Fysh. The report follows an investigation by the Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards into whether Fysh had breached the requirements set out in paragraph 13 of the 2023 Code of Conduct for Members, relating to the confidentiality of the Commissioner's investigations. This investigation arose in the context of an earlier investigation by the Commissioner into whether the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) for Education, of which Fysh was Chair, had breached the requirements set out in the APPG Rules.
