The Secretary of State for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy, Kwasi Kwarteng, has called on businesses to continue to support the national coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine rollout. The BEIS reports that companies continue to pledge their own initiatives. Companies, including the John Lewis Partnership, IKEA and Timpson, are reported to have already stepped up to include paid time off for employees to receive their jab and volunteer, as well as offering their workspaces to be used as vaccination centres.
