The EMR Delivery Body has confirmed that the window for submitting appeals to Ofgem in relation to the National Grid Electricity System Operator’s non-qualification determinations for the Contracts for Difference (CfD) Allocation Round 4 (AR4) will be open from 28 March 2022 until 5 pm on 1 April 2022. Any appeals submitted during the window will be considered by Ofgem between 12 April and 12 May 2022.
